Powhatan off-season wrestling training

Who: Youth wrestlers grades 2-6

What: Elite wrestling club practicing the Olympic styles of wrestling as well as Folkstyle.

When: April 2012

Where: Blackhawk Wrestling Building

Why: Freestyle improves takedowns and takedown defense. Greco improves hip strength and awareness. It also gives a rest from folkstyle wrestling so that your wrestler does not get burned out.
